Pacakge: 48T/Kit
This lyophilized kit is intended for qualitative detection of Arcanobacterium haemolyticum, Group A Streptococcus, Streptococcus dysgalactiae nucleic acid in nasopharyngeal swab sample, and is suitable for Ah, GAS and SDG identification and auxiliary diagnosis of infection.
Arcanobacterium haemolyticum, Group A Strep (S. pyogenes), and Streptococcus dysgalactiae are all Gram-positive bacteria causing throat infections (pharyngitis) and sometimes other illnesses, often in similar populations (teens/young adults), but differ in features: A. haemolyticum is a rod, causing non-strep pharyngitis with rash; GAS is the classic "strep throat" (scarlet fever); S. dysgalactiae (Group C/G Strep) mimics GAS but lacks rheumatic fever risk, though some strains can acquire virulence genes from GAS. They're differentiated by lab tests (biochemistry, PCR),
