Package: 96T/Kit
This kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of Candida auris and Ureaplasma urealyticum nucleic acids in clinical samples (such as urethral swabs, cervical swabs, and oral swabs).
Candida auris is a multidrug-resistant fungus that can cause invasive infections, especially in immunocompromised individuals, with a high mortality rate. Ureaplasma urealyticum is a prokaryotic microorganism belonging to the genus Ureaplasma. In adults, it is mainly transmitted through sexual contact and can cause urogenital tract infections, associated with non-gonococcal urethritis in men, genital tract infections in women, perinatal infections, and infertility. It can also lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage and premature birth.
This kit can rapidly and accurately detect the presence of nucleic acids of these two pathogens in samples, providing strong evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
