One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix (lyophilized) is a premixed lyophilized reagent for RT-PCR efficient amplification, which includes double-enclosed hot-start Super HTaq DNA polymerase, M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RNaseH-), MgCl2 and dNTPs. When using, it is only necessary to add RNA templates and primers (or probes) according to the required amount, and add PCR grade water until the volume of each reaction is 20 µL, and then the reverse transcription and PCR amplification reactions of RNA samples can be started.


The 3' end of the PCR product amplified by this product has an "A" base attached, so it can be directly cloned into T-Vector; the PCR product is also suitable for sequencing identification.


CAT no. KY132-01 and KY132-02 are lyophilized reagents in 0.1mL and 0.2mL PCR 8-strip tubes, respectively, and are sealed in aluminum foil bags. Eachaluminum foil bag contains a PCR 8-strip tube, and each tube contains a single reaction lyophilized One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix, which is sealed and storedunder dry conditions. Each kit contains 6 sealed aluminum foil bags, a total of 48 individually packaged reagents for reactions. Single tube or multiple tubes canbe used according to the needs of the experiment, and the remaining reagents and desiccant are transferred to the aluminum foil ziplock bag provided in the kit,sealed and stored at -25°C ~ 8°C to avoid moisture. Each tube of One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix lyophilized powder is a 20μL reaction system.

CAT no. KY132-03 is a premixed lyophilized reagent with 24 reactions per tube (24T), which is stored dry in an aluminum foil bag. Each kit contains two tubes ofpremixed lyophilized reagents. Before use, take out one tube and add 250μL of PCR-grade water to reconstitute and vortex for 5~10s to make 2×One-Step RTPCR Master Mix premix (10μL/T), and store in ice bath for later use. The reconstituted lyophilized reagents are recommended to be used up at one time.


CAT no. KY132-04 is a premixed lyophilized reagent with 500 reactions per tube (500T), which is stored dry in an aluminum foil bag. Take it out before use, add5000μL of PCR grade water to reconstitute the lyophilized powder and vortex for 5~10s to make 2× One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix premix (10μL/T), and store inice bath for later use. The reconstituted lyophilized reagents are recommended to be used up at one time.


APPLICATION

Conventional RT-PCR or quantitative RT-PCR (Such as Taqman fluorescence probe method, which can perform rapid detection on RNA samples).
