Test principle
During the detection, the immune complexes formed by the fluorescently labelled antibodies with the analytes to be detected in the specimens are solidified in the detection area and quality control area respectively through a chromatographic process. When the test card is inserted into the analyzer, the LED blue light source of the analyzer shines onto the fluorescent immune complexes in the detection area and quality control area of the test card to excite the luminescence of the fluorescent substances. The light waves emitted are collected by the signal acquisition board and converted into an electrical signal, the strength of the which depends on the concentration and quantity of the number of fluorescent molecules. The analyzer then calculates the concentration of the analyte in the specimens according to the strength of the electrical signal coming back.
Scope of application
For use with specific fluorescent immunochromatography test kits for immunofluorescence testing of human specimens.
For in vitro diagnostic tests performed by medical laboratory professionals only.
